By buying or using our papers you agree to these terms.

1. Licence and permitted use

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for single-household use. You may print copies and keep the file on your own devices for your own children's or household's study.

2. What you may not do

• Share, forward, resell, lease, sublicense or distribute the files or any part of them.
• Upload the files to shared drives, school portals, file-sharing sites, social media or public forums.
• Use the materials commercially, including for tutoring, classroom teaching or coaching, without a separate institutional licence.
• Upload or process the papers or solutions with AI or machine-learning systems, or with data-scraping software.

3. Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, who handles payment and sales tax. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

4. Not affiliated with exam authorities

Our papers are original practice materials. They are not official past papers, and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any exam authority, including the NSW Department of Education, NESA, VCAA, the College Board, the IBO, AQA, Pearson Edexcel or OCR. All trademarks belong to their owners.

5. No guarantee of results

Practice helps, but we cannot promise any particular exam result. Papers follow the format we researched at the time of writing, and exam authorities can change their formats.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
