Refund policy

All Test Papers Hub products are instant digital downloads (PDFs).

Digital products

A digital file cannot be returned once access has been given. For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or the file has been downloaded.

Exceptions we will always honour

• Wrong purchase. If you bought the wrong exam, subject or level, email support@testpapershub.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details. If the file has not been downloaded, we will exchange it for the correct product of equal value.
• Faulty or corrupted file. If a file will not open or is unreadable, tell us and we will send a working copy right away.
• Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally buy the exact same product twice in a short time, we will refund the duplicate in full once verified.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights or guarantees that apply to you under the law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.
